Protein-packed marinara sauce (vegan)

Made this last night as a protein rich plant based sauce for all our tomato sauce needs. It looks thick enough for pizza although I want to see if taste is very “lentilly”. It works for pasta though, tested last night on 3 mini testers and fully approved, no questions asked. I did have to add a lot of tomato though – 4 cans in the end – to get it to be red enough to pass for tomato sauce :)

Mozzarella stuffed soft pretzels

I’m generally much against stuffing bread (yes I’m talking about you PizzaHut and your revolting “sausage stuffed pizza crust”) but this looks damn tasty and a more professional version of something we often make over campfires when we take dough on a hike (don’t laugh) – you put a bit of cheese on a stick, wrap a bit of dough around it and cook over fire. I’d go for this version too, particularly because it’s ‘pretzelled’ :)
